Woke Up To Some Lovely Words

I missed you all. I did not post anything yesterday because I was spending time with my family, Family Day is a day off after all. It took a lot of strength to not do any blogging duties. Yesterday, I enjoyed staying in bed, waking up to sunshine, my cute son and a soft warm bed. The lovely kisses and hugs was a extra bonus. The only alarm was the quiet waking of Kayden that happen to be sleeping next to me (he usually sleeps in his crib but last night he had a sleepover in my bed. I am sure he was happy for that.) I finished the night by going to see a movie

I have had quite the weekend on Saturday. Me and my new bestie, Jasmine took our child our for breakfast down town so Kayden took the subway train for the first time. We had a lovely breakfast, (apart from the kitchen staff forgetting my order of pancakes)  we walked down college street and went by Eaton Centre Mall. There was protesters shouting to stop wearing fur outside and another one inside the mall protesting about minimum wage. It was also very cold but had lots of fun and it turned out to be a very interesting story to tell.

I will be completely honest that I normally don't go any where with my son other than doctors appointments, store trips and pick ups/ drop off for my siblings. Maybe I don't have much time in the day or that I prefer to be accompanied by someone else. Okay, it is mostly because I love being home in my comfortable clothing, computer and TV plus my son can go run around without me worrying too much.

On Sunday, I receive a lovely comment in my comment box from The Creative Princess herself, Terri saying
" You don't realize how much I need this! Thank you so much for sharing it! I featured it at A Creative Princess today. http://acreativeprincess.blogspot.com/2014/02/grocery-printable.html  "

She dedicated a post just for my Grocery Printable. I was so touched that I had to share the news with you all! Who knew that this printable would be so popular. I am glad that it has help others.
