Spring Cleaning Home- Kitchen

spring cleaning, kitchen drawer organizing

How was or is your spring cleaning going? As I shared last week about my home spring cleaning list. I got some things finished on my list. Honestly the calendar says that spring cleaning is a day but for my household we like to go little by little that way we are not all stressing out and wondering where in the world did the sun go. Since I am the chief organizer I have decided to tackle a few home cleaning tasks for myself.

I mentioned that I finished the kitchen drawers. I bought clear drawer organizers for $2.00 each from Dollarama. I got each size that they offered in case I could use them in some way. I thought I would show you what it looks like now that I placed them in.

This is the first drawer,
(Hmm I didn't even notice that fork there until now. That son of mine is very fast.)

I love that you can barely even notice the drawer organizer.

Here is the second drawer.

All large utensils stay on the left side and the rolling pin on the right while the rest are in clear organizers.

And this is the last drawer that I worked on.
Even if you don't know where to place some these, it can still be organized.

Now the kitchen drawers can be checked marked off my spring cleaning list

  1. Spring cleaning...argggh! I must admit, this is not my forte. I struggle to set specific spring cleaning tasks, but I know I must (absolutely) clean my windows. I am waiting a little though because yesterday...it snowed!!! Yes, snow. Maybe soon. Maybe I can convince myself it is spring...soon! Found you at a link party! Enjoyed my visit!

    1. Try this out, Terri! Try using a newspaper and window cleaner or a newspaper and vinegar. I heard that it actually works!
