This is a quick and easy way to give a new or old frame a little update. I bought this poster frame from Walmart for around $18.00. This frame was a part of my dining room pantry section plan. I wanted the frame to have color instead of the standard go to black or white frame colors plus it complemented the blue pattern that is inside of the pantry. Let me show you how I accomplished that.
I made sure to keep the front of the poster frame well covered up with newspaper and painter's tape.
In order to get this poster frame from black to a nice navy blue. I needed my best friend (aka spray paint). I used Krylon 53523 Oxford Blue 'Satin Touch' Decorator Spray Paint - 12 oz. Aerosol (True Blue Gloss)
Once you allow it to dry for at least an hour then you are all ready to peel the painter's tape.
Add your family photos, favorite poster, art or more to give your dining room a pop of color.
